Evan M. Miller is the Director of Sustainment Operations Integration for the Integrated Fighter Group at Lockheed Martin and has been selected to serve on the Logistics Officer Association’s Board of Advisors.
Miller joined Lockheed Martin in September 2018. He is responsible for ensuring IFG programs achieve customer schedule, performance targets, and quality objectives with respect to sustainment operations. Miller oversees development and execution of integrated company solutions and improved capabilities for the IFG, serving all Lockheed’s Department of Defense and international customers.
Prior to his position with Lockheed Martin, Miller served 30 years in the U.S. Air Force retiring at the rank of brigadier general. During his final duty assignment, he served as the Director for Logistics, Engineering and Security Cooperation for the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command, known internally as INDO-PACOM J4. Miller oversaw all joint force logistics and engineering planning and staff functions, including foreign military sales.
Miller was a career Air Force Logistician and Aircraft Maintenance Officer having served in units conducting test, training and operations for the B-1B, B-2, KC-135R, E-3, C-5, C-17, C-130, F-15, and F-22 aircraft. He also served in Air Force maintenance depot operations for nearly seven years.
Miller served as LOA Vice President from 2003-2004, and President from 2007-2008.
