Lt Gen (ret.) Judith Fedder, currently Independent Consultant in Charleston, South Carolina has been selected to serve on the LOA Advisory Board.

Ms. Fedder has over 20 years of executive service in both government and private sector in all aspects of logistics planning, programming, and business development for air vehicle sustainment across a wide range of systems. Precisely managed manpower and resources for a workforce ranging from 150 up to 9,000 with a $12 billion budget that delivered cost-effective systems availability. Represented military service readiness portfolio with US Congressional members and staff. A focused leader and skilled communicator known for building productive teams affecting positive outcomes and business capture in a rapidly changing environment.  Attained rank of Lieutenant General in the US Air Force, culminating as the US Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics, Installations, and Mission Support.
