Reservation Guarantee and Cancellation Policy

In order to confirm your reservation, you will be asked to provide a credit card. However, the card will not be charged a deposit.

The Gaylord National requires a 72 hour notice in advance of your arrival to cancel your reservation. The hotel will charge the credit card provided at the time of your reservation one night stay plus applicable taxes if you do not cancel your reservation per their cancellation requirement.
