LOG NATION,

The Logistics Officer Association is seeking volunteers to step forward as candidates for our next National President (POTLOA)—a leader ready to shape the future of our professional community just as boldly as they shape readiness and sustainment in their day jobs.

The POTLOA presides over LOA, guides the vision, appoints key leaders, and represents thousands of logisticians across the Total Force and industry. This is a volunteer, unpaid position that requires time, energy, and a genuine commitment to serving Log Nation.

Requirements

  • Current national LOA member
  • Proven record of leading people, driving change, and solving complex logistics challenges
  • Willingness to volunteer significant time and serve LOA with integrity and commitment

Desired Traits

  • Previous LOA leadership at the National or Chapter level
  • Broad experience across the USAF Log Nation

If you are ready to volunteer and lead, submit your self‑nomination package to CIO@loanational.org no later than 31 January 2026.

Nomination packages must include:

  • Name, rank, duty title, and location
  • LOA membership duration
  • LOA positions held (chapter or national)
  • A short statement on why you are prepared to serve as a volunteer National officer
  • Official Biography (or similar)

LOA’s strength comes from logisticians who raise their hand. If you feel called to serve, step forward. Volunteer. Shape what comes next for Log Nation.

Thank you for your continued interest and support of LOA!

Respectfully,

Kallie Leonard
Chief Information Officer
Logistics Officer Association
