Approved for Public Release
MELBOURNE, Florida
LOA has nearly a 40 year tradition of providing professional development and networking opportunities to invigorate, innovate and strengthen our Logistics communities by maximizing opportunities for professional networking, learning and mentorship.
Women in Defense Logistics (WIDL) and Logistics Officer Association (LOA) recently completed a professional development tour where Airmen, Guardians, and over 15 Industry partners could learn more about the mission of the United States Space Force, Space Launch Delta 45, and Logistics operations required to support the Eastern Range.
LOA’s Chief Operating Officer, Jondavid DuVall, was able to present LOA coins to several Outstanding Airmen, Guardians, and Civilians who have gone above and beyond in the performance of their duties to Logistics Enterprise.
In order to achieve long-term success, DuVall explained why industry must understand what our Airmen and Guardians do every day to keep the mission going. “Supporting organizations like LOA and WIDL, allows leaders another avenue to professionally develop the force and tap into their ingenuity, creativity, and innovative spirit that is needed to move the Logistics Enterprise forward toward Persistent Logistics”, said DuVall.
The Logistics Officer Association Executive Board and Women In Defense Logistics executive panel would like to extend their appreciation to Central Florida / Patrick LOA Chapter, Patrick Space Force Base, and SpaceX for providing Mission Briefs.
Women In Defense Logistics next planned engagement is with Tesseract AF and Air Force Gaming to learn more about how they are changing the game and Accelerating Change.
